很多朋友都說我如果現在住在美國，一定會是
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart的忠實觀眾，
Jon Stewart是我蠻喜歡的一個喜劇演員，而且他外型對這種fake news show而言又正合適。節目裡有一個「特派員」
Stephen Colbert我也很愛──這節目如一般的電視新聞，有一群特派員，全都才華洋溢，每個人的來頭與資歷都不容小覷──伶牙俐齒、超級爆笑，又不會像那種典型的好萊塢左派(或曼哈頓左派？這我自己亂冠的名稱啦)令人有點不耐。
(你猜對了，我也有點喜歡全民亂講，不過播出時間我都不在電視前。)

除了嘲諷時事的fake news，我也喜歡嘲諷現實的喜劇，例如剛剛搶下兩座金球的
The Office和大膽對台下一坨笑到翻了的老美說"We used to run the world before you"的「主謀」
Ricky Gervais。剛開始看The Office是因為一幫朋友都說好看，也風靡一票新聞台台長們，向我大力推薦再推薦。然後好心人小白台長寄來了第一季VCD，看完前兩集我就投降了，真的太好笑了。然而至此工作一陣子後，我發覺這節目不只是好笑，還太真實了；它的驚人魅力應該是這樣來的。成為上班族的日子一天天過去，慢慢發覺老闆有與David Brent極為相似的一面，而裡面的總機小姐
Dawn，也偶爾會被朋友拿來與我的窘況比較。(我知道Lucy Davis比我可愛兩百倍啦，不是比這個！)
剛才隨便瞄過一下一些報紙標題，發現
The Independent的Sarah Cassidy寫了一篇文章說
David Brent quotations better known than Shakespeare, Wilde and Wordsworth，讓我忍不住讀下去。最後還提供一個小測驗，讓英國讀者試試自己是不是對這些名言夠熟悉。(突然想起好像是第三集裡頭的annual quiz，啊，可憐的Tim!)
最後請容我拿豬鼻子大聲發個小牢騷：What's with Ryan Adams? I mean, I like his songs, but he was with Winona Ryder, then Leona Naess, and now PARKER POSEY??!! What's he got that's so ^&#($@?
PS. And I don't believe that naked breast was an accident, or, in Mr. Timberlake's words, "a wardrobe malfunction," either. (God forbid, we're not THAT stupid) Janet'd make a good actress though. I don't know anything. *walks away laughing*

We have "the office" season 1 at video stores right now, Chi came home last night and said" I bet you've never heard about this show that people are talking about, but the videos are always out". I was like, "Ok...,^^", gotta let him win sometimes.
Narciso!!! He's a genius. I didn't say that, the old Calvin Klein did.^^
